PCBA Resistance Electrofusion Direction Detection
1. Main test contents:
Check whether the capacitance resistance on PCB board is positive or negative;
2. Requirements:
Identify the presence or absence of resistance and electrofusion;
Judge whether the resistance and electric fusion plug-in are reversed;
3. Detection and analysis
All resistances and electric fusion can be identified;
Positive and negative identification, such as horizontal resistance can identify positive and negative; vertical resistance can be identified if it is absolutely vertical without deviation, such as resistance inclination or angle deviation is too large, it is easy to lead to identification or misjudgment, this item has relatively high requirements for detection, so it is necessary to ensure the perpendicularity of vertical parts;

2MP HD smart camera, embedded system (without PC), can dock PLC signal;
12mm FA wide angle lens;
Annular falling light source;
Transmission lighting, size to be confirmed with customers, installation space;
