With the continuous advancement of science and technology, nanomaterials have become a popular research field in today's world. Among many nanomaterials, nanosilver has attracted much attention due to its unique properties and wide range of applications. The current application fields of nanosilver include: medical care, environment, electronics, textiles, optics, etc. Today we will use the touch screen made of nano-silver material in the optical field as an example to make a detection plan.

PA53Met-3D

PA53Met-3D ultra-depth-of-field metallographic microscope has a perfect optical system and a new generation of optical technology, and has built-in multiple observation methods such as bright field, dark field, polarization, and differential interference (DIC). Polarized light can be used to display the texture and crystal appearance of materials, which is very suitable for detecting wafers, and LCD structures; Differential Interference Contrast (DIC) is used to help observe samples with subtle height differences. This technology is very suitable for detecting such as magnetic heads and hard disks. Samples with small height differences such as media, films, and polished wafers; dark field is an ideal tool for detecting subtle scratches or defects on specimens and mirror samples such as wafers.

The picture below is a comparison of touch screen inspection of nano-silver materials using a conventional metallographic microscope 3230 and a PA53 ultra-depth-of-field metallographic microscope, and the observation effects of different series of metallographic microscopes.

Comparing the effects of the two groups, as far as nano-silver samples are concerned, the 3230 series image analysis is hazy, which is related to the illumination light path system and objective lens analysis; the PA53 series image analysis contrast is higher, and the shape of nano-silver is easier to distinguish, which is helpful for size measurement. .
As a new type of material, nanosilver is widely used in touch screens, which has the advantages of improving sensitivity, enhancing display quality and extending service life. In studying the impact of nanosilver on touch screen display, a microscope can be used to solve the problem of observing the effect of nanosilver materials and further improve the display performance of nanosilver touch screens.
