Ease of operation is the core application of the E-T100 product. During the use of the line width measuring instrument, the operator not only needs to move the product under test quickly, but also needs to adjust the optical magnification from time to time, which has high requirements on efficiency and measurement accuracy. The E-T100 adopts a fully electric adjustment method. Optical zoom is easily achieved by sliding the mouse. Measurement and zoom can be completed simultaneously. The Z-axis lift adopts electronically controlled fine-tuning and has a self-locking function.
